About Perfection Auto Glass
Shawn Ferriter left the corporate world of AUTO GLASS and decided to venture out and start his own business. Perfection Auto Glass was established in 1995 after 10 years of Shawn’s auto glass experience in a large auto glass corporation. He started out providing strictly mobile service; running out of his 1973 GMC pickup. 6 months later, Perfection Auto Glass moved into The Stanley Business Park in Pleasanton, CA so we could provide in-shop service with a reception area in addition to the mobile service.
Perfection Auto Glass is still located in this same location. Shawn and his employee’s quality workmanship has earned him a reputation of always striving for “perfectionism”.

  • They replaced my SUV’s front right window. (My window was smashed in this weekend.) Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I showed up at 2:15, went to get food and it was fixed in 45 min. They got rid of all the broken glass (they told me 98%% of it). But I can’t hear anything rattle when I close the door. Just call ahead, as they need to order the window parts. I ordered them before 11 am, appointment by 2:15, out by 3. Staff answered any questions I had.

  • I've had the unfortunate need to utilize Perfection three times now. First for a windshield cracked by a rock driving down the highway and twice now because of some ding-dongs that felt the need to smash my car windows for no reason. Lori is very professional, friendly and offers great advice. Perfection does quality work at very good prices and most imprtant to me they are FAST!
